I started keto for a number of reasons but the first sign I needed to make a life change was the picture on the left. In that moment you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t killin it but once the pictures came out I realized enough was enough. Being “cute for a big girl” was played out. Not stepping on a scale this week but I already feel amazing & know that this journey has just begun. Many more pounds & inches to drop in the near future. All it took was getting started.
