Today I caught up with a gorgeous soul and afterwards it just got me reflecting how lucky I am to be surrounded with a network of powerful women that support eachother and lift others up.
Gone are the days of competition, judgment and jealousy. I’ve really put a conscious effort into weening out particular people I didn’t feel sat well my true values... and I’m proud to say literally everyone in my immediate circle are just vibrant, life loving people. Their energy is contagious and it always leaves me feeling warm and fuzzy.
Who do you surround yourself with? Science proves your top five closest friends are who you become & the norms/standards you adopt as your own. Are your people healthy, self loving, goal driven, generously giving and living a life you look up to? Definitely feel happiest by the sea 🌊🐚 My skins better, hairs saltier, feet sandier...I just feel present and it brings me to a calm headspace of gratitude 🙏
If the past two years was to have taught me anything; it’s that the road to self acceptance isn’t a permanent happiness fix, it’s figuring out how you can give back your learnings and positively influence those around you. It doesn’t matter how many ‘followers’ you have, you’re still an influence... make your mark on those around you by being empowering and impactful 👊🏼

MINDSET MASTERY 🧠
So last week I talked about a 12 week challenge and since have been in discussion and planning-mode with a few different like-minded visionaries to put together something exciting for you to get involved in!
I am super passionate about the ‘self love’ cause and changing the way we think. The mind is like any muscle in the body, the less you use it (let it control you) the weaker it gets. I’m on a mission to prove we aren’t our thoughts, and the best way I can show you this is through applying it to myself! Moving to Spain, traveling weekly, basically living an inconsistent lifestyle, has caused a complete shift from a ‘can do’ mindset to a doubtful one. And that’s TOTALLY okay and normal. Life is inconsistent, so we can’t expect our health not to fluctuate too (mental & physical).
I’m starting right NOW to shift this mindset (Sunday afternoon 3.33pm) ... not Monday 😜
I’m going to involve you in a behind the scenes mindset movement of my thoughts, struggles, limiting beliefs and how I deal with them to push through & gain back my confidence again!
Health should be our first priority, we all know this, but life stresses can distract us... it’s time to conquer our lives through our minds!

To me - it’s flexibility, confidence, honesty & forgiveness. It’s conquering your mindset to discover just how in control of everything you actually are.
Life throws you things to juggle on the daily. It’s a constant mind game of learning that unless you can teach your brain to be happy right now. It never will be.
I made my first million dollars at 24, I was a sponsored athlete with abs & a booty, I was living the ‘dream’ just 18 months ago. I was societies complete version of success: yet I was so unfulfilled & miserable.
If only everyone could have the ‘perfect’ body, get rich, famous and see that’s not what we chase! We chase the feelings we think that come with those physical goals.
So what feelings are you chasing?
I was chasing acceptance, confidence, pride & happiness.
With some hefty mindset adjustments through a tool I’ve now personally become a facilitator in. I now change the way women think for a living.
I can now say in complete faith 18kg heavier that- I don’t care what people think of me, I don’t compare myself to others, I don’t feel insecure, I’m not jealous & I love myself.
We are in constant chase of feelings achievable in this very moment.
