You donβt gotta be all fancy, ya know? People think they need all the tools in the world to be successful but in reality, some ingenuity and dedication go a long way. Like this move for example....sure, you could spend $10-15 on sliders (and no not the πs)......or you could use dish towels/socks on hardwoods or paper plates on carpeting to get it done. See? Definitely NOT fancy π«. I dunno about you but Iβm all about keepin it simple and uncomplicated.

Seeing everyone's transformations these past two days is freakin mind blowing π₯... Like God I LOVE my job ππ! But it is SOOO much more than the weight loss, muscles gained, and booties poppin. After reading people's STORIES it's inspiring β¨ to see that for a lot of my fellow bootcampers it was more of a mental shift. From overcoming depression, self sabotaging behaviors, self-consciousness, lack of discipline and self doubt these ladies have truly blown me out of the water with their mental and emotional transformations. I don't wanna sound corny but it's so true.... This is so much more than changing your fitness... This is about changing your l i f e. I don't think there are ever going to be enough #WCW to show these ladies all the love that I feel in my heart for them β€οΈβ€οΈ. You ladies rocked the challenged and WE did it! . . . . . .

I love moves that make me feel s t r o n g πͺπΌ....know what Iβm talking about? My favorite part of this move is that by using one arm at a time it takes the momentum out of it forcing you to really contract your back and lats. One good thing about working out your upper back? It helps your waist look smaller π

Do you know how long it took to maintain some sort of balance for this move?? Weeks upon weeks. And Iβm still far from executing flawlessly.
But hereβs the thing....this one move has helped me gauge my progress through an entire 3 month program. Itβs helped me see how my balance has improved, how strong I am, and most importantly how much I am capable of doing with hard work and practice.
I could share a move where I have better execution but this move MEANS something to me.
To give this a try here are some things Iβm working on:
1. Keep your core pulled in and your shoulder blades pulled in as you lean forward
2. When you stand pull your floating leg up into almost a marching position
3. Make sure you squeeze your glutes as you stand to help maintain your balance

Ok but really if you saw my post from Friday you would know that Iβm becoming slightly obsessed with some of my results from this bootcamp. I figured it would be kinda selfish of me to not share some moves on how I got some of those results so comin at ya tonight is one of my favorite booty moves.
I love that this works the side of the butt and also the top...bonus it also helps sculpts the side of the legs as well. Throw on a resistance band (double up if ya need to) and give this move a try.

When was the last time you did something for yourself. Like commit to something, invest time in it, and do it purely just for yourself?
We're wrapping up the last week of a 3 month virtual bootcamp π» and it kind of hit me today how proud of my bootcampers and myself....for completing this for ourselves π. For waking up early, planning and prepping our meals, and showing up EVERY. DAMN. DAY.
It wasn't easy. We didn't always want to do it. And we all had our fair share bumps in the road. But on Day One we said that we were going to do this for ourselves and that's what we've done. BIG shout out to all my ladies who are about to take on this last week and kill it like a B O S S π. . . . . . . . . .

I remember when the thought of completing pushups was laughable.....like okkkkkaaayyy ππΌ. But as Iβve been working my way though this program (and doing a bazillion push-ups) Iβve seen my form and strength improve #goals .
When youβve mastered a few regular pushups these take it to the next level. And no you donβt need some fancy equipment β‘οΈ just something that slides on the surface youβre on like dish towels or paper plates. And if youβre halfway there like I was when starting these ainβt no shame in dropping to your knees to knock some out and build up your strength.
Now whoβs droppin and givin me 10???
