Almost in the single digits and I’ve got this prep by the leash!🐕👊🏼😈
Exhausted as I am already, it’s been worth the grind! It always is and always will continue to be!💪🏼💯
Random mini update/current facts:
- Definitely NOT working my usual 6 days/wk💀
- Naps have become a MUST in my daily life😅
- No clue how much I weigh. It really doesn’t matter🙄
- Burning at least 4500 cals per week at 11 workouts a week🤪
- Clothes getting looser. Shreds unveiling once again. Feeling more calm yet more EXCITED than ever🙌🏼😌💃🏻
Everything is coming together nicely.
Everything is on point.
More focused than ever.
In other words... I GOT THIS!!!💥👐🏼

This doesn’t apply to everyone, of course. I have SO much respect for those grinding as hard as they can to get to where they want to be. Those who genuinely want to BE better! Those constantly looking for new ways to improve themselves.
You people have a winning mindset.

Didn’t mean for these posts to sound so dramatic. Or to be so long!😵 But I guess I had some things that needed to be said.

People want drastic changes yet they still eat the same and train the same as they always have.
People are inconsistent. And if they are consistent, they plateau and get stuck. Sometimes without noticing.
They don’t have a properly structured plan designed for their own personal goals and their own specific body’s needs. Yet they want to know YOUR every regime. Not knowing that what works for you may not work for them.
Not realizing that GENETICS plays an important role here too.
Generally speaking, people want muscles.
They want shreds.
They want to pick at your brain. So they do.
Yet even after asking you for information/advice, even with the new knowledge they’ve now acquired, they’re STILL not willing to change a damn thing🤔
They still want to enjoy the foods they like. Go to parties they couldn’t DARE to miss. People can’t say no to family or peer pressure. They cave in too easily.
They don’t take their goals seriously.
They lack willpower, but expect to progress.
They skip workouts, and expect to see change.
They give up too easily.
If not right away, then even a couple weeks in.
If anything, they’ll put in HALF the effort.
Yet they want to look like you.
They don’t understand the physical & mental discipline this lifestyle takes!
How HARD it is to get here.
They don’t know the stress it takes for your mind & body to get here.
How LONG it takes to get here.
People only see the outcome. They don’t TRULY realize the amount of dedication it takes to get to where you are. They never witness the struggle.
They don’t know how much of your heart, soul, energy and complete focus goes into CONSISTENTLY training a certain way to get your body to reach its full potential.
But once they find that out, they’re not willing to even try.
Yet they still want your physique.
💥12 Weeks In; 12 Weeks Out!💥
We’ve hit the halfway mark and
Apologies for being MIA the last few days!😣 After Leg Day Tuesday night, my energy levels started going downhill👎🏼 At first I thought the depletion phase was to blame. But my sinuses the past couple days have been telling me different😪 (This constant weather change is effing me up!) Still trying to figure it out! Maybe both!🤷🏻♀️🤔
Either way, sleep has been more of a necessity than ever so far this prep season. Pretty much after work and/or after either gym sesh (morning/evening)💀💤💤
Cardio happened this AM for day 6/6 this week!💦 And just crushed Back & Shoulders to the best of my abilities with the way I’m feeling💪🏼😅
Diet has remained ON POINT. As tough as it’s been waking up for fasted cardio with this cold wind & rain, I get it DONE‼️💯
Everything is coming along perfect😌

It happens to the best of us! It’s inevitable in this lifestyle. Life happens, injuries happen. And whatever else that can disrupt our structured meals & training.
Point is, we learn from our mistakes and we try again👊🏼
Just make sure you don’t fall off too long!🙅🏻♀️ It gets harder to recreate the good habits. But NOT impossible!😉 And when you’re making your comeback, make sure it’s always better than the last💪🏼💯

• 5.5hrs sleep🙃
• Fasted cardio
• Leg Day + cardio
No time for any type of nap all day😅
Feelz? Physically dead. Mentally wired! ..For now😆
What does tomorrow look like? The same.
Except replace Leg Day with Back & shoulders👊🏼😈🔥
Felt like a change of scenery tonight so I hit up Steve Nash @ Park Royal. And then I noticed.... I’ve literally trained at FOUR different gyms in the last 24hrs! #WTF
Well that’s a record I wasn’t even trying for!🤯🤭
..... And who can’t get their ass to one single gym once a day??!👀🙊🤷🏻♀️😂😂

Your determination needs to be unquestionable. Your level of commitment has GOT to be unphasable. Whatever occasions/mishaps come up, your efforts MUST remain 100! If temptation distracts you, give it the middle finger and continue along your way!😤 Push your mind’s limits. After all, it all starts with your ability to control your mind😉

Last week, was the first week of being back to my fasted cardio routine. First week back to training twice a day. Despite it being a workday for me yesterday, it was a restful one from the gym! And you better believe that Day 1/6 of Week 2 of the cut was DEFINITELY conquered!👊🏼😎

Okay, I won’t lie, it been hard readjusting to training twice a day again since it’s been a few months! I’ll be trying to get to bed sooner (if I can help it) for maximum recovery! Forgive me if my responses are delayed🙏🏼😅 I’ll get back to messages as soon as I can! I need to prioritize my sleep so that I can keep going strong🙏🏼💯 It’s been TeamNoSleep in the past and who knows what the future looks like (🙃) But for now, this needs to be done. Cuz having a daily headache ain’t fun😞 (Might be the weather?🤷🏻♀️)
Hard to stay positive when my heads been hurting since halfway through the day yesterday, and still now as I’m waking up for cardio😰
