Am I the only one who cannot resist a beautiful breakfast bowl? It's a fun morning with my little sidekick as we head out for a playdate, but then it's back home for a conference call. So this gal needs all the AM fuel! I took some inspo from @tennishealthfitness today to make a big bowl of oats with collagen powder and some fruit and nut toppings. However, mine was NOT this pretty.

@purely_elizabeth cranberry pecan oats with @chosenfoods chia seeds & @vitalproteins banana collagen, added in 1/2 a frozen banana & topped it with more banana, berries, dark chocolate almond @perfectbar chunks, a dollop of @siggisdairy & alllllll the creamy PB.

Not finding the time to manage it all? My response would be, do less, or outsource a few key things. Employ a person or tools to handle the minutia. Too many to-do's? Tackle your top 3 today --or better yet over the course of the week. But in all honesty, sometimes simplifying isn't so simple. It can be difficult because it comes with having to say NO. Or it means having to pass up opportunities. I've had to practice this quite a bit recently and am realizing that I can either place or relieve the pressure on myself. Have you practiced simplifying lately? Why do you think it feels so difficult?

But, our lifestyles are fundamentally changing to allow us to consume far less 'bytes' at any given time. And since everyone has different tastes, it's important that your content marketing strategy serves up a little something for everyone.

Sure, full meal content requires more planning, but it doesn't have to be super complex. Just a couple blog  posts or LinkedIn articles or a YouTube video a month, if that's all you can whip up is fine. Then your full meal content can (and should) be broken down into bite size pieces for your community on other platforms. Think of them as the appetizers. And who doesn't love a great appetizer!?

But don't confuse snackable content with the disposable variety... a quote here, a happy Monday there, etc. Your snackable content should still differentiate you and add value to your readers.

Now more than ever it's important that your feed has fresh content being delivered more frequently. As Instagram makes improvements to show users recent posts, that means your content has a shorter feed lifespan overall. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
