I always forget the ingredients to the yummiest compositions... But I know this had one of my daughter's mango/apple puree pots, some apple cider vinegar, some fresh garlic and plenty of cinnamon. Also red chilli pepper flakes... Carrot strips, chickpeas, quinoa (which held the sauce really well, note to self) and one shallot...
