#lowcarb green smoothie- spinach, a few blueberries, fresh ground raw sunflower seeds (I'm trying seed cycling for hormonal balance), @paschachocolate 100% cacao chocolate chips, @perfectketones collagen and mct powder mix, French vanilla @nutpods, water, ice and cinnamon. It was about 7g net carbs so I'll try to tweak it a little to make it lower in carbs.
So excited about this month's @ketodelivered box! A good mix of sweet and savory. I'll let you know what I think about all of these in the next few days. And since my husband is out of town I don't have to worry about him eating the @eatfatsnax cookie this time. #ketodelivered
#rocketfuellatte cold brew style: I blended cold brew, ice, French Vanilla @nutpods, @perfectketones unflavored collagen and mct powder, ground pumpkin seeds (I'm trying a seed cycle protocol for hormone balancing), cinnamon and a drop of @ketoandco liquid monk fruit sweetener 😋
Now that I'm off the 21dsd it was time to try the @healingbutterfly matchas from @ketodelivered. I had to wait since it's got stevia in it. I tried both the ginger and the chocolate with a splash of almond milk. I LOVED the ginger one! The chocolate was very good as well but a little sweet for my taste (but don't get me wrong, I still drank the whole thing happily 😋)
Made pizza tonight using @califlourfoods crust. It's super low carb, has very few ingredients and very tasty. I'll definitely make it again and maybe also make crackers out of it or bake as a flatbread base for other things.
I went to @traderjoes this afternoon (love going on Mondays... the least busy day of the week) and thought I'd share what I bought. There's some veggies, ground beef, fully cooked uncured bacon, vegan pesto (it does have some sunflower oil in it but there's mostly olive oil), balsamic vinegar, cold brew(nitro and concentrate) , 100% cacao chocolate with nibs 🍫😍 and now that I'm #post21dsd I also got some cheese and blueberries.
My first meal #post21dsd had to have some cheese in it 🧀
I made a Mediterranean inspired omelet with tomato sauce, Feta cheese, olives and za'atar seasoning. I had little extra Feta cheese so I put some extra virgin olive oil and za'atar on it. 👌 and in my wine glass there's some nitro cold brew 🍷☕😉
