Update: Epic Fail using green banana flour and bone broth to try to make bread. Didn’t rise. Tastes like bunk. Ha! Can’t get every recipe to work, eh!
What do ya’ll think? Revamp the recipe and try again or cut our losses and try to bake something else?

What’s in mine
1 Cup of Warm Chicken Bone Broth @organicbonebroth 
1 Tbsp of Miso Paste @amano_foods 
1 Tbsp of Coconut Butter
1/4 Tsp of Minced Garlic 
1/4 Tsp of 5 Blend Medicinal Mushroom Powder
1/4 Tsp of Cayenne Powder
Blend it or use a blemding wand to make it frothy!

Bone Broth Ice Cream anyone? 
It took SEVERAL attempts, but we were determined to sneak our broth into this tasty treat and we finally nailed it! 
The secret is to double chill it before you churn it in your ice cream maker and then chill it again after it’s churned. Seems like a lot of work, but it’s actually easy peasy!

Give it a go!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar (we used organic coconut sugar)
1 tbsp corn starch
4 egg yolks
1.5 cups of heavy cream (or coconut cream-use the thickest part of the cream, not the liquid at the bottom of the can)
1 cup Wild Moon Organic Bone Broth (any flave)
1/2 vanilla bean with seeds scraped out (keep the seeds)

How to:
1. In an unheated saucepan, add the sugar and cornstarch and stir it. Whisk in the egg yolks (electric hand blender works better a whisk), vanilla seeds and pod until well blended and smooth. Then whisk in the cream and broth.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the pan to free up clumps until the mixture begins to thicken enough and coats the back of the spoon. (Usually around 12-15 minutes).
3. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic (or Abeego wax)wrap and make sure you stick it to the surface of the ice cream mixture. Let it cool. 
4. Refrigerate for 8 hours. Strain the ice cream base through a sieve and pour it into the ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes, until thick and creamy.
5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for an hour or until firm.

Sometimes, we just have to satisfy our sweet tooth, so we took our fave gluten-free cupcake recipe and changed it to 1/2 cup of coconut milk and 1/2 cup of our organic chicken broth. We've been making these for years, but just recently tried to change it up by adding the broth. Worked like a charm! 
You can find the GF recipe we love @sarahbakesgfree! She has some of the best recipes we’ve ever tried and so many of them mesh well with our broth!
Of course, we topped it off with some organic buttercream icing made with grass-fed butter, organic icing sugar, bone broth instead of milk (chicken for ours), vanilla and a pinch of cacao powder.
We don’t always bake, but when we do, we add bone broth! We put that sh%* on everything! (😂😂)

These blueberry smoothies are filled with many amazing free radical fighting antioxidants.

Free radicals are known to degenerate many parts of our bodies. Things that can produce free radicals in the body are:
👎hydrogenated fats
👎food colourings
👎chlorinated water
👎heavy metals
👎radiation 👎 smoking 👎 exhaust fumes
We are exposed to these free radicals on a daily basis.

To keep the body in balance antioxidants are a great way to combat free radicals! .
These blueberry smoothies have just that. Blueberries are high in antioxidants, along with the greens in the smoothie and protein powder from @amazinggrass it is the perfect free radical fighting smoothie!
Recipe: (use organic)
1 cup cashew milk (or any nut milk)
1 banana
1 cup blueberries (frozen) 
15 mint leaves 
1 scoop @amazinggrass Vanilla protein powder.
Put all ingredients in your #vitamix Blend and serve with the most powerful ingredient love! .
