#TB a month ago when I ran LA marathon, I ran with all my heart, body and soul putting all my difficult training to the test (even with an achilles injury!), so if you want something go get it no matter what even if it’s just a 5k, half marathon, full marathon, eating healthy, going on walks, or anything else fulfilling - you do you and give it a 100% ⭐️⚡️

Splash coconut water
Topped with probiotic yogurt, chocolate granola, and bee pollen.
