Old school lemon tart. 4 ingredients, easy as- the hardest part is waiting a few hours for it to set. Cornflake crumb crust (w butter) and the filling is condensed milk and lemon juice and zest. Mother’s Day favourite...even if Mum couldn’t remember the recipe...thank heavens for Google.
