I finished a little thing called the CFTC Trained-Green Shirt Challenge today @cftotalcontrol! You have to complete different tasks from 5 categories...strength, gymnastics, met/con, mono-structural and power. All have to be completed at a certain weight and/or under a time cap. 16 tasks, 6 days and the right mindset got it done! A big thanks to @npennington and @tomcftc for taking the time out this week to judge me! Fitness is FUN! 💪🏋️♀️🤸♀️
