How in nearly a year things can change for the better ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ 2017- Before I started to diet I was 104kg (nearly 16.5 st) I was mentally and physically unhappy with myself in my appearance. 
After being on a strict diet for a few months I dropped down to 95kg (15st) and this was with no exercise.

So I decided to join the gym and mixed my diet with exercise. 
To start it was tough, but with the motivation I had to reach the goals I was setting myself. I knew I had the drive to succeed. 
2018- I am now 78kg (12.2st) and regarding my weight and physique, can honestly say Iโ€™m the happiest Iโ€™ve ever been and certainly not looking back ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Any goal is achievable.
