Breakfast No. 4 for the day at @victoriaparkmkt. Mexican fried chicken sando. Spicy breading with spicy sauce and some slaw on it with a crispy and buttery bun. Probably should have stopped eating at this point but when in Rome, eat fried chicken while enjoying African guitar music.

Coo coo for coconut curry with braised beef short rib that tenderly falls off the bone and for a brief minute, while enjoying @the_little_viet_kitchen masterfully crafted Vietnamese food, you feel alive with spice and flavor. A gem tucked in th corner of a small street.

I had this meatball banh mi in the car and the car ate all of the crumbly bread crumbs. Love this place and Banh mi choices. Choose from the Seattle, Paris, or Saigon menu.
Post-airport drop off stop. Pinwheels of dumplings. These are filled with mystery fish. I always find myself generally getting the same things here. XLB, green beans, and the vegetables and poke wonton in spicy sauce. Also had the minced pork with noods.

Between @dintaifungusa with four locations a few minutes apart and like 7 @doughzoneusa, you have plenty of spots to eat and yet they are all usually busy and full.
When people get hangry - stuff them with some of the worlds finest and freshest seafood.

When I was in Prague, the Italy team that attended my meeting brought an Italian pasta care package. I’m a big fan of the Malloreddus pasta (Sardinian gnocchi - as one of the guys is from Sardinia, of course). It’s usually cooked with sausage and saffron. This round it is with peppers, onion, and chicken thigh... they always send me off with goodies of which is always a very gooooud. Always need to have freshly grated cheese on top.
Looking forward to cooking the other goodies (swipe) and will follow more tradizionale recipes. 🇮🇹

An eggcelent start to any day (I’m so clever)... @costco has organic and regular 🥑 and decided to try the organic ones and the texture and flavor is actually quite phenomenal. Always get my eggs from @metmarket as the yolks are so flavorful and colorful. Trader Joe’s everything bagel seasoning is great on the avocado.

Looking for your sushi fix? @fremontbowl has a $16 chirashi bowl filled with salmon, tuna, seared albacore tuna, yellow tail, masago, shrimp, eel, and mixed fatty tuna over some very nice rice.
Second pic is of the tonkatsu bowl and I’ll be ordering extra peppers next round and came out hot and juicy. 👀
Stay on the west side of the street to park as the right side is chaos. Walk in, sit down, look at the menu, walk up to order, enjoy.

I’m addicted to noods and this morning it’s bún riêu. Hoang Lan opens early which is my kind of place. There’s so much flavor in this bowl, if you’ve never had it, you seriously have no conparable to how good it is.

Stopped into @huekymigia because I just can’t get enough noods in my life and it’s a nood kind of day since I have an APAC meeting tonight so I thought I’d prepare with a bowl of Wonton and BBQ Pork nood soup and their infamous garlic butter fried wings.
First time getting it Togo and everything was packaged well and wings stayed crispy. I had to eat a few while driving and drop crumbs all over the place but that’s what I do.
