For the dedication and believing FP the system you created was the one and need to be put into to world as we know. I struggle with understanding variables in connecting things but I know it's a on going learning process and I appreciate brother @fp.ajmtz who is close to my area and I'm able to work with in person, for giving up time to work with me on my own issue. I truly do appreciate it more than you know. The things we have worked on has been a huge help. With that being said the battle that is my life #Functionalpatterns has given be the much balance and thought process I needed to take control of my life in the last year because prior to that I walked in complete excuses. I'm asked time to time as well I've seen many people ask about building strength with #Functionalpatterns. I believe this comes from the fact mostly what you see on social media is people actually working on their issues, solving the dysfunctions and pain they may be dealing with. And you have to understand if you choose to follow FP that is from my small time being involved is what needs to be priority first because without Workin on these things and strength training your adding to the already pile of dysfunctions, pain and whatever issues your already dealing with. And you will continue to be using braces, taping up your body to lift, pain pills etc. With that being said understand stand if you ask the right questions it's no doubt you will get the answers you need and fine you can and will definitely build strength with @functionalpatterns  but definitely question yourself what I'm I looking for in doing it? This video is nothing perfect but I do strength training with FP to the best of my ability and what I have learned trying to apply myofascial force transmission, trying to move heavy weight making multiple connections for the best optimization and the most important sustainability. Will I be able to sustain this as it is now I'm 40. So please don't look down on FP cause you may not see much in heavy lifting we don't focus our priority on vanity base training, my personal environment is my work which is in a warehouse, a young 5 yr old daughter that loves for Dad to swing her ride my back lol list goes on and the personal environment for safety is my choice I train strength in the correct context.

Most ACL tears are the product of  of a flaccid knee joint allowing too much hyperextension (knee bendind backwards) and disconnected external tibial rotation (shin bone rotating outward). The less connected the rotation is, the higher the probability of injury when you attempt to go out to test your body dynamically. 
How do you build more connected tibia rotations that prevent knee acl tears?  By reciprocating those rotations with  rotations in other parts of the body.  The most important being rotation in the trunk.  How do you get more rotation in the trunk?  By decompressing the space in the spine.  I know, it's a bit complicated.  Honestly, there are about 30 more layers I could hit right now that get more complicated the deeper I go into detail.
