Almond Pancakes 🥞 was my lunch today. Because I can! 😂
1 cup of almond flour from whole almonds (I used Bob’s Red Mill @bobsredmill)
1 cup of brown rice flour @bobsredmill
1 ripe banana
1 cup of nut milk (I used rice milk @pureharvest)
3 tablespoons of shredded coconut 🥥 ( optional )
Blend in a high speed blender or food processor, heat up the pan and pour some of the mixture into the pan to make small pancakes. Cook on both sides till brown. I usually fit about 4 pancakes on and I like to use a little coconut oil between each batch.
Top with maple syrup or honey and fruit of your choice.

Who likes frozen berries?🙋🏼♀️ Have you tried blending frozen cauliflower into your smoothies yet? I try to sneak in some nutritionally dense veggies into everything for my 2 demanding little eaters who wouldn’t normally eat any odd looking veggies. So, here I am being sneaky. I made this nutritious & delicious smoothie for myself and froze the rest into popsicles for my kids. They couldn’t get enough of them!
Frozen mix berries @driscollsberry + frozen cauliflower + cinnamon @thespicehunter + bee pollen @hilltop_honey + almond butter @onceagainnutbutter + water 👌
Banana Almond Biscuits - Recipe 👇
Gluten free, dairy free, egg free & refined sugar free! Finding out that our kids have certain food intolerances was the motivation for creating something yummy to snack on, while not being full of additives you normally find in most store biscuits, as well as, not being overly sweet. Kids absolutely love these! Let me know how you like them!?
1 cup of almond flour from whole almonds (I used Bob’s Red Mill @bobsredmill

1 mashed banana
2 tablespoons of maple syrup Waitrose Duchy organic @waitrose
1 teaspoon of cinnamon @thespicehunter
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl, in a separate bowl, mash the banana & mix in the maple syrup. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together to form a dough, (it will turn quite sticky). Roll the dough between two pieces of non stick baking paper to your preferred thickness, then cut out your biscuit shapes. Bake at 180C for 10-12 min depending on your thickness.

Happy Easter 🐣 I made this bright yellow Turmeric Chia Pudding in celebration of the Holiday but it turned out looking a bit Christmasy 🤷♀️ Either way, it’s delicious.
It’s anti inflammatory & loaded with omega 3’s plus unbelievably filling. Blend the night before and grab in the morning as a nutritious brekkie.

Choco-berry 🍓🍫 Recipe ~ 1 banana (frozen if possible) + 1 cup of frozen mix berries + 1 teaspoon of @navitasorganics cacao + 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs + 1 teaspoon of bee pollen @hilltop_honey + 1 cup of water (add extra water if needed) Blend and enjoy! Makes 2 smoothies x

1 Banana (frozen preferred to give it a smooth creamy texture)
A chunk of Cucumber (about 5cm)
1 cup of Spinach leaves
1 scoop Green superfood @gardenoflife
1 tablespoon ABC spread @ceresorganics
1 teaspoon Cocoa powder @navitasorganics
1 teaspoon Spirulina powder @_healthforcesuperfoods
3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon @thespicehunter
1 cup Water
A dash of Lemon juice
Blend untill smooth and enjoy!
