I live by this. #payitforward in Aldi today, the lady ahead of me had her card declined after two tries. She was apologetic, and took a couple items off to try again, only to be declined once more. The total including the other items was around $30, so I paid it. Discreetly said to the lady that I could place payment and one day the kindness would be passed on. She was so grateful, I was embarrassed and I quickly left after purchasing my new tv. I will never forget her face. It reminded me of when I received my first @ozharvestnewcastle food hamper, and when I was given a #Christmashamper it was incredibly humbling.. A kind gesture, kindness itself goes along way.. there are tooo many unkind experiences in the world.. paying it forward is my small way of thanking the universe ❤️🌿👸🏻
When you’re old (I mean me not ma!!) and have no time to wash your hair, but make a conscious decision to wear a pretty maxi dress (thanks @trudi2 😍) and you’re awake at the crack of dawn to make a remarkable journey to Sydney.. today is pretty special, today is the day I drive #nanaydiaries to her beautiful solicitors office to collect her Title Deed for her new #lacasitaderosita home. Free and clear no debt, no mortgage.. it’s pretty fucking special considering she has worked from the age of 16, put herself through Uni, came to Australia by herself, came out on top from a heinous marriage, reared the most difficult teen ☝🏽, and has now at age 75yrs old has finally been able to make a tree change, sea change to the beautiful place that is #NewcastleNSW . Thanks Ma. You should be proud of yourself 🙏🏽.
