Decided to go for a sunset shot wich i havent done properly in a while and allthough the sky looked promising the final cloud in the sky just happened to cover the sun for its last 30mins of the day... landscape shot of the highest peak in larnaka, “gerakomouti” on the oroklini hill
The so called rock of Zeus!
Couldnt find any more information about this place other than its name, so im not sure if this is an old name of the spot or a modern name the place have been given! Either way a stunning peak with an increadible view! 4x4 car needed for sure!

A late night visit to the abandoned village of Agios Sozomenos near #Nicosia with @theroyaligor .
Walking through those ruins you cant help but try to imagine what this place looked like not so long ago while it was full of life!
I have allways been fascinated by the smaller creatures of this world! The ones you cant really see, or hardly ever notice! Funny how the real faces behind the mythical monsters and demons that have been scaring kids and adults for centuries are usualy faces that belong to creatures smaller than your thumbnail!😂 Small Conopid in the genus Myopa, not sure if they have a a common name!
After spending a couple of hours shooting with @theroyaligor yesterday i got home thinking i got some sweet shot but unfortunatly there was a big smudge on the front element of lens so most shots were eventually bined! I did manage to get a couple of shots when i changed lenses and theres is one i might be able to save so fingers crossed!🤞
Windfarm outside Kalo chorio, Larnaka in #cyprus
An endemic to Cyprus jewel beetle, fairly large in size with an increadible ability to camouflage in green foliage! Golds, greens, reds and a textured exoskeleton makes it even harder to distinguish amongst the morning water droplets on the leaves! Giving it time to bask in the sun safely and gather energy to be able to carry on with its day!
Went out for macros this morning! Found a bunch of different jewel beetles and got some nice shots! But i think this one is special! A litle snail hitching an early ride on this Julodis beetle! Either that or this is a new aggressive hunter snail!😂😂
