50 table top crunches
30 alt obliques
20 toe touches
10 dbl leg pulses
20 single pulses
20 flutter kicks (hands under lower back!
20 cross overs
Finish in a PLANK!
Remember the goal is to keep moving! Modify w/basic crunches. Consistency will build strength! Happy AB building!
