Served with boiled white rice because it's my second favourite carb 😋🍚 (warm homemade bread being my #1 😍) Exciting times in our household tonight, we've booked out next adventure! We're off to Vietnam in September for 2 weeks 🇻🇳 we're travelling from north to south and it'll involve backpacks, kayaks, mopeds, junk boats and ALL THE FOOD! Post workout brunch out in this glorious sunshine ☀️☀️ avocado 🥑 streaky bacon 🥓 and fried egg 🐣 in a wrap, slathered in @sriracha_fg 🌶️ Now I can't move my arms above my head . . . So hair will remain slightly greasy for the rest of the day 💁
Well isn't this weather lovely? @sophlou3 dragged me out of bed this morning to go to the gym. After an incredibly half arsed legs and HIIT session, I'm home and eating in my garden for the first time! Granted I'm sat on the floor because we have no furniture, but it's still lovely! Chorizo and cheese scrammy eggs have hit the spot, and now it's time to confer with @madeleine_shaw_ about what I'll be eating this weekend 😋☀️😄
Got home from band practice at 9pm and whipped up this tray-roasted cod with olives, smoked paprika and asparagus in 20 minutes. We couldn't wait for potatoes to cook, so just had a flatbread to mop up the juices 😋 recipe from A Year of Beautiful Eating by @madeleine_shaw_

Tasty and filling 😋 Everyone has bought bits in for a picnic lunch at work today, so I'm looking forward to getting stuck into that later!
Love it when a fridge forage comes together! All leftovers from other meals throughout the week: BBQ shredded chicken, mango salsa, pineapple salsa, pickled red onion, served in soft shell tacos 😋 now to crack on with food planning for the week!
