| Magic spring moments | I was photographing some grey geese on a beautiful evening with a nice backlit sun. All of a sudden, I noticed that all of the geese got worried and then flew off. As I look on my left, I notice this young fox, beautifully lit, walking gracefully towards the forest. A truly majestic moment that I won’t forget!
The big hills, touched by the light of the Ethiopian morning, whilst you can hear the Red-eyed doves chirping, which really sets the mood.. Wish I could cane back to Ethiophia some day! Such a wonderful and unique country with huge biodiversity
White-tailed eagle, landning for a meal. This weekend I tried to sit in a blind for the first time, in this case it was an eagle hide. The most common eagles to see there are mostly white-tailed eagles, but you can also spot Golden eagle if you have a lucky day. This particular eagle was using a tactic, using the ravens as a bait, almost. If the ravens has found some food and the place seems safe for them to feel comfortable, the mighty eagles will slowly come down, and have their feast. It was really facinating watching the behavior if all these birds!
Whooper swan in winter, 2017. Trying to use the panning technique, like in this image, is quite difficult, and 90% of the images will not be very succesful. But I managed to at least get this image fairly right, and I really like the effect on it!
Winter landscape in Bergslagen, Sweden. This night was beautiful, the sky was full of stars and the moon was big and bright, which is not really ideal for night photography but I think it worked out anyway. Also very cold, around -20°C that night, but very beautiful! The forest around this mire is known for having bears living in there, also capercaillies and wolfs
| Ambassadors of the city | for me the mallards really claim this title. They are quite a good subject when photographing urban wildlife, considering that they are everywhere and not very hard to get close to. This is a mallard with the city of Stockholm in the backround.
