Eggs. are. da. best. And YES you can eat the yolks, too! Who else eats eggs in the morning? Eggs have protein and healthy fat, and by combining them with greens you get the third component you need to complete every meal: fiber! #pff #proteinfatfiber Organic is best because you absorb whatever that chicken consumes, plus... they taste better. Worried about cholesterol? Check out Liz Wolfe’s book @eattheyolks to see why this is a myth. 😯 #eattheyolks

Agreed. When we completely deprive ourself of something (like carbs) we set ourselves up for rebellion. That’s because deprivation, or being told no, is no fun. On the other hand, some foods wreak havoc on our bodies and that translates to other areas of our lives. Food should make us feel good, both mentally and physically. When we feel good, both physically and mentally, we can step into our power and kick a$$ in our day to day life. What I’m trying to say is, as long as a food isn’t wreaking havoc on your body and life, don’t deprive yourself of foods that bring you joy, especially if it’s only every once in a while. And if you’re going to eat something that maybe isn’t the “best” for you physically, eat the BEST most delicious version of that, and eat without regret. Stress and guilt impair your digestion. Calm and happiness help your digestion. 😀 #digestion #eatcarbs #buteatdeliciousones
