Hey friends. When I was at #quiltcon2018 last week a few people asked what I was up to since I’ve been a little quiet lately. Just wanted to pop on and let you know that stuff is happening. Good stuff, really good stuff, stuff I’ve been working on for a really long time. I’m just super slow at getting things done 🤣. That’s actually not true. I just like to take my time and let things happen as they’re supposed to, not just for the sake of getting it done. You always end up with something better that way if you ask me.
I won’t be able to share for a while, but come #quiltmarket this year I’ll have a lot to share with you.
Tomorrow I’ll be starting a project I CAN share with you. Excited to sit down at my machine this week to work on a fun @berninausa project I’ve been planning for a while. For now, I hope you’re all having an awesome start to your week.

Moseying my way down to San Diego with @koharian_art. Today we wandered #quiltcon before starting our journey south. We stopped in Long Beach for coffee and had to check out sunset in #huntingtonbeach . Writing this as we wait for tacos in Univeristy Heights. Things could be worse. #california
Happy Sunday and #helloquiltcon ! My name is Giuseppe, aka Giucy. Just got a new pair of glasses from @coastaldotcom and finished this hat using an old skein of @madelinetosh yarn so I figured now is as good a time as any to say hey.
I’ll be wandering QuiltCon with my good friend/@andoverfabrics work wife @fabrichick. Be sure to say hello.

I got a good amount of clerical work done yesterday so I stayed up late to play with the curve templates my friend @bettycrockerass sent me (which are amazing, by the way). Honestly don’t know how I would do any work at night without my @daylightcompany #slimlinelamp .
I already have my @carolynfriedlander stash out for a secret project I am working on so I started cutting something I’ve been dreaming of for a few weeks now.
I have so much work I need to do or “should” be doing, but I can’t stop thinking about this quilt. So I decided to start chopping so I could hopefully refocus my energy on everything else I have on my to-do list. I don’t know when I’ll get to work on it next, but I’m excited to have something easy I can play with when I have some downtime here and there.
Back to work on secret projects now! Happy Sunday, my friends.
