Gut health is very important in having a happy and fit life, along with staying slim while getting all the nutrients your body needs.
I hate wasting food. So I've come up with an idea. Every time i have raw veggie waste of any sort, i put it in a freezer bag and freeze it till I'm ready to make veggie broth.
After making veggie broth, i add bone broth to give more flavour while increasing nutrients.
Then i add other flavours, veggies, mince meat and some type of carb to create a healthy dinner with leftovers for the week.
Craving carbs 🤔 always craving them and eating so much of them.
