Shakeology Brownie Batter: - 
Get this together! 
Half a scoop of Shakeology Chocolate (or go on and do the FULL scoop) 
1 tbsp of coconut oil, melted (2 if you use full scoop)
2 tsp of peanut butter
2-3 of water 
How you do this! - 
Melt oil in microwave ✅
Stir in Shakeology and PB✅
Add water until you reach “brownie batter” consistency.✅
Feel free to lick the bowl!! ✅

The definition of health is the state of being free from illness or injury which is obviously something that each & everyone of us wishes for ourselves & our families

🙏🏻 With that in mind the more things you can do daily to promote this state the better. I think much of the time, simple things can actually get overlooked. People view them as almost too simple too have any kind of positive impact on their health.

🙆🏼‍♀️ Easy to forget that it’s never one individual thing that makes a change or causes something to happen it always a sequence of things or events that all add up over time.

👍🏻None of the things shown will come as massive surprise to any of you, I’m sure you’ve all thought yes I must do that. I know I must drink more water, eat more veg, go bed earlier & stop slouching at my desk. But you’ve done what many do which is to never take action.

🤩So it’s time to take action you need to state something as an intention, pick a couple of things from this list or your own. What you’ll find is that once you get one central heath habit formed then it has a knock on affect on the rest of your life. -
⭐️Write the action down then write your intention.In other words how do you plan to drink more water, how are you going to make sure you sit up straight,.Your intention is your plan & with a plan things tends to happen.

SEEDS are true nutritional POWERHOUSES✨💪🏼!!!! Including seeds in your diet - whether you’re vegan or not - can increase the amount of nutrients significantly! It takes only a few grams to benefit from their amazing qualities 🚀🚀🚀Seeds are high in several minerals, fiber, healthy fats and even protein 😍💪🏼! Personally, I didn’t give seeds much attention until I decided that I wanted to increase my iron and calcium intake in order to reach my daily needs. And to my biggest surprise I found out about all the amazing health benefits that seeds have to offer💁🏼‍♀️💡. So I decided to dedicate those tiny and at first unexceptional looking powerhouses an IG post.  All of the seeds you see in the picture are amazing but I try to give you the most important information in a nut shell🥜: ➡️1. FLEX SEEDS have the highest amount of protein as well as the highest amounts of calcium and iron, followed by ➡️2. POPPY SEEDS which are also high in protein, iron and calcium. ➡️3. CHIA SEEDS are the clear winner when it comes to fiber (37.7g/100g). ➡️4. HEMP SEEDS are your go to if you don’t want to increase your calorie intake too much. Heck, even someone wanted a few tips for muscle gains or on their weight loss journey. There are lots of digestive enzymes present during digestion (even in the mouth at first carb bite!) and acidic or alkaline properties with foods and the body. When I first started in the fitness industry everyone was afraid of eating fat grams. A few years later  the trendy “diet” was Atkins. As my education, experience as well as time passed, I’ve seen many plans come and go and come back again disguised as the same. Some just variations of each other. Why are they popular? •
Usually we don’t want to think about it, we just want something to follow. Some don’t want to think about the psychology of eating cause the wants and stressors in our life, on the go mentality and satisfactions override everything. •
In the past 10-12 years the trendy term now is macros. Many online coaches market this (me too) as something unique to offer and like its breakthrough science of a new diet. •
Whether Atkins, paleo, high carb, whole30, etc, etc we’ve somewhat become wise to understanding all of us are different by needing not just a specific plan but a specific plan for how we (as an individual) digests and processes protein, carbs and fat grams. At least I hope so. •
You don’t have to get all complicated with it, but knowing & monitoring is half the battle. Maybe it will make you shed some light on how you feel after eating **** or make a different choice of what to eat throughout the day. @filtered.fit

Different carbohydrates will have a different effect on things like our energy levels, hunger, satiety and happiness (v important.) Sometimes a 3 bean salad will feel more appropriate, other times a double dipped chocolate spread doughnut will. (Or 2. #AboutLastFriday.)⠀

Diet by definition is two nouns:
1. the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats.
2. a special course of food to which one restricts oneself, either to lose weight or for medical reasons.

DETOX: Not in the buzzword implicating way but in the way of getting rid of the “bad” or the “excess”. If you have a liver and kidneys, you have the greatest tools to #detox your body already. If you don’t make poor food choices (in excess) then why do you #needadetox anyway? Maybe you need one in terms of eliminating or minimizing the garbage you put into your body. So, don’t overtax your detoxifying organs.

Individualized: Too often I see or hear, “I just need a diet!” We seek out the next big trend or something that has worked for someone else. Although this is a great start, how do you know it’s good for you? Not just safe to do but good for you, effective for your body? Nutrition can be complicated which is one reason we just seek something to follow. Maybe even because if it does not work then it’s the plan and not you or the choices you make. I coach clients in a simply way, #intuitiveeating and #healthychoices. What is your body telling you it needs and is there a better choice you can make. Example: we all know we should eat more #vegetables or drink more #water but do you?

Energy: A proper diet should be giving you plenty of energy by fulfilling your #caloricneeds as well as #nutrientneeds.  Not eliminating certain #macros. You see macros are #protein #carbs & #fat grams providing a certain amount of calories per gram (calories=energy). •
Timing: Yes, when & how you eat matters. As well as food ingredients, vitamins, minerals, macros work well and not so well with others. All of our bodies have changing needs, stressors, activity levels, and process of digestion differently. You can overcome #hunger, #gainingweight, loss of energy and so much more with a proper diet.

Diet by definition is two nouns: 1. the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats. 2. a special course of food to which one restricts oneself, either to lose weight or for medical reasons. • DETOX: Not in the buzzword implicating way but in the way of getting rid of the “bad” or the “excess”. If you have a liver and kidneys, you have the greatest tools to #detox  your body already. If you don’t make poor food choices (in excess) then why do you #needadetox  anyway? Maybe you need one in terms of eliminating or minimizing the garbage you put into your body. So, don’t overtax your detoxifying organs. • Individualized: Too often I see or hear, “I just need a diet!” We seek out the next big trend or something that has worked for someone else. Although this is a great start, how do you know it’s good for you? Not just safe to do but good for you, effective for your body? Nutrition can be complicated which is one reason we just seek something to follow. Maybe even because if it does not work then it’s the plan and not you or the choices you make. I coach clients in a simply way, #intuitiveeating  and #healthychoices . What is your body telling you it needs and is there a better choice you can make. Example: we all know we should eat more #vegetables  or drink more #water  but do you? • Energy: A proper diet should be giving you plenty of energy by fulfilling your #caloricneeds  as well as #nutrientneeds . Not eliminating certain #macros . You see macros are #protein  #carbs  & #fat  grams providing a certain amount of calories per gram (calories=energy). • Timing: Yes, when & how you eat matters. As well as food ingredients, vitamins, minerals, macros work well and not so well with others. All of our bodies have changing needs, stressors, activity levels, and process of digestion differently. Today feels...chocolate!  Why!? Cause it’s national chocolate day today - friyay! It’s cool to have it of course but is it good to devour a whole pint? Well maybe if it’s chocolate protein ice cream. I prefer dark cause it’s less sugar but any will do. Ok, now lets pause when we have the craving and think, could I have it with something like strawberries or with beets (pairs well)?
