Not your average type of rice cake!✨ With a delicious veggie mix🍲
Recipe👇🏻:
R I C E Cake
-2 1/2 cup rice (cook the rice and let it cool)
-2 whole eggs and 1 yolk
-1 cup greek or Turkish yogurt -2 tsp saffron ( you need to powder it in blender)
- some salt 
1-Got a pan and pour generous amounts of oil (so it covers the pan)
2-transfer the mix to the pan and press the mix until it forms like the pan 
3- cook for 20 mins on one side and cut it in equal parts
4-check to see it it’s golden/brown on one side to flip it over; cook on the opposite side for another 20 mins.
V e g g i e mix👇🏻:
-3 Marrows chopped in four parts (marrow sticks)
-1 cup green beans
-2 carrots( thinly chopped)
-1 onion
-2 cloves garlic
-1 tbsp tomato paste
-4,5 average sized tomatoes (on its own don’t chop)
-2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp coconut oil
