Well I do! I may not have crossed a lot of things off my bucket list, but damn how about all the things I’ve done that I never intended to add to that list!

Adam and I use to travel before 💏 kids. We had some great trips, including a 3 week tour of the United States. Those were the days! I dreamt of them often after the kids came. Someday, I’ll get back to seeing the world.

Money has always been a big factor in our lack of ✈️ travels. I honestly had no idea when I became an online health coach I’d get the perks of traveling all over. This will be my 6th trip in 2 years (second one over seas). And to get to vacation with Adam is the icing on the cake.

I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for books 📕 like the one I’m holding here. Knowledge is powerful. I believe we are all destined for great things. It’s our actions that get us there!

I was greatly inspired this past weekend listening to a motivational speech.

A key takeaway I heard loud and clear was, someone NEEDS you! It made me think off all the connections I’ve made on my fit journey and the amount of people who have thanked me for sharing or reaching out.

Not everyone needs to drop pounds or tone up but we all need fitness to sustain life and who couldn’t use a supportive tribe in their corner?

When I started this journey we were 20k in credit card debt not to mention the loans on our cars, college tuition and the list goes on. I didn’t have 2 pennies to rub together. But something inside of me knew I needed this. I took a chance and it’s paid off in two folds.

On Friday my cast comes off. The caged lion is about to be released. I’ll be headed to Mexico shortly after for a much needed vacation with my husband.

When I get back I’ll be starting my new 3 week program. It’s a total body transformation, working on arms, legs, abs and most importantly the mind!

I’m so excited on April 23 to dive back into this program in full force. I’ll be doing it alongside an amazing accountability group and who other but the Super Trainer himself 🙌🏻! This guy is the real deal.

I never focus on the things I will have to give up but rather the gifts I will gain... energy, 👙 bathing suit confidence, happiness.

It’s one foot infront of the other everyday. One day at a time. One positive change at a time.
