For today's #failFriday I bring you my first 2nd attempt from my meet last week. 
I knew I had this lift, the spotter did not. And as soon as a spotter touches you your lift is over. Hence my outburst midlift ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ You probably don't know this but I'm an angry cryer. When I get really mad, I cry. So with the adrenaline going through me all sorts of emotions came out haha. 
Don't worry though - they let me retake this lift, I nailed it, and apologized to the back spotter for yelling at him.

Saturdays Meet Recap!

This last weekend I competed at the @uspapower CO State Championships. While no new PRs were set it was still a great meet hitting: 
Squat: 243#
Bench: 127#
Deadlift: 327#

This was my last official meet as a 52er and I went all out, which meant some weight was left on the platform but no regrets. Get a full meet recap in my latest blog via the link in the bio!
