Good finish to a week 6 of @davidlaid’s DUP program, maxes have gone through the roof on this program, I usually don’t recommend spending money on ANY programs, BUT this DUP program is well worth the money, I cannot recommend it enough! My current compounds sit at:
•Squat: 345lbs
•Bench: 245lbs
•Deadlift: 455lbs
And they will only continue to increase 😏

Just copped a bunch of new @gymshark gear, wearing the fit tapered bottoms in black currently (even though you can’t see them much 😭😂) training has been damn good! Physique sitting at 204lbs, focusing on achieving my progressive overload to not only gain strength, but some size while losing fat!
