Desna slika 19.1. a lijeva slika 16.03. razlika 2 mjeseca. Istina, Drago se rigorozno držao plana prehrane i uz dobro odrađen trenažni proces rezultati su zagarantirani. Nakon što sam uzeo morfološke vrijednosti tijela, broj godina i željenu kilažu napravio sam točno definiran dnevni kalorijski unos prema njegovim parametrima i životnom rutinom. Drago je sportaš, nogometaš, koji tjedno odradi 12-13 treninga uz utakmicu, te su mu UH (sporo razgradljivi ugljikohidrati) glavni izvor energije. Zbog toga ovo nije klasična transformacija gubljenja vode u niskom kalorijskom deficitu u kratkom periodu, nego je kvalitetno skidanje kilograma koji se neće tako lako vratiti. Većinom je u jutarnjem terminu radio trening u teretani a poslijepodne tehničko-taktički trening na terenu. Trening u teretani je ciljan isključivo na bazične višezglobne vježbe koje uključuju cijelo tijelo, te u završnoj fazi treninga 10-15 minuta lagani Cardio trening. Svaka čast, u relativno kratkom vremenu ostvario je odličan rezultat!😊 🇬🇧 -

True, Drago has stuck to the plan rigorously and with a well-done training process the results are guaranteed. After taking the morphological values of the body, his age and the desired weight, I created an accurately defined daily caloric intake according to his parameters and daily routine. Drago is an athlete, a football player, who performs 12-13 training sessions each week, and his carbs (slow-burning carbohydrates) are the main source of energy. That is why this is not a classic transformation of dropping water in a low calorie deficit over a short period of time, but a good quality weight loss that will not come back so easily. He mostly worked in the gym during the morning and in the afternoon he did a technical-tactical training in the field. His training in the gym is aimed solely on basic compound exercises involving the whole body, and in the final training phase 10-15 minutes of light cardio training.
