Instructions •Cut Zucchini with spiral slicer
•From meat,tomato sauce and spices, make the sauce as usual •You can eat zucchini raw or as I, add zucchini in the sauce while still cooking

Zucchini Protein Oats 🤔😍😋
I have to admit I was skeptical about adding riced zucchini (I peeled zucchini I pulsed in my food processor) to protein oats BUT I tried and I have been having it for breakfast a lot lately so I thought I'd share 😃🤗
My basic recipe has been 1/2 cup dry oats mixed with 250g rice zucchini, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1/2 cup of water then heated in the microwave at 30 second intervals. I've been alternating between @questnutrition salted caramel and @dymatize cinnamon roll protein powder flavors 😋😋
I just LOVE how much more volume the zucchini added to these oats for such little carbs! And then also add a little crunch which is kind of a nice texture change up to the normally just super soft oats 😃 Anyone else love protein zoats?! I definitely recommend trying it if you haven't 😉

mine is a little bit different though. i didn’t have any celery (used it all to make juice this morning) so i subbed in carrots. 🥕 and i don’t have all the ingredients for a thai basil sauce so i just sautéed everything in sesame oil, then added a little bit of rice vinegar, paprika, and dried basil afterwards. 👌🏻 oh and i cut up everything way littler so that i could eat it easier ☺️🍽 nom nom nom

O segredo é usar um wrap grande, pra que caiba o recheio! Quanto mais recheio, maior deve ser o wrap.
Dessa vez coloquei abobrinha ralada (volume!), queijo e peixinho grelhado. Sempre ponho a parte aberta encostando na frigideira primeiro, porque quando tosta, o wrap não abre mais. Aí vira, tosta do outro lado e pronto!
Servi com vagem assada no forno (não é substituto de batata frita, ok? Intenção não é essa! Eu AMO vagem) e saladinha de abobrinha ralada com páprica e gergelim.

Margie’s a connector in the local farming community not just making deliveries of her own produce to restaurants and selling to folks at farmers markets, but is a literal spice route to central Florida where she gets product from @wordenfarm and others so we get to enjoy it. It wouldn’t happen if she wasn’t making it so. Most of today’s delivery will land at the #genuinecommissary where #mgfd Chef de Cuisine @tim_piazza is headed now for a handoff to @m_j84. MJ will sort it out, break it down with her team and begin to produce things for many of @chefmschwartz’s restaurants including ours! Some of it will remain here with @monsieurzuniga so the kitchen can get their hands on it without a moment to spare for lunch and dinner today! This is the second to last delivery of the main growing season before she transitions to tropical fruit trees and other #summer ingredients! 💪🏻 👩🏻🌾🥗🌶🍠🍆

Vegan Spaghetti Meatballs 🍝
Whole wheat pasta.
Homemade tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes.
Zuchinni meatballs made with chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, oats, shredded zucchini, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. After I rolled them into balls, I put them in the fridge over night. I would recommend putting them in the fridge for at least an hour to hold its shape. Pan seared first between medium/high on all sides and then baked in the oven at 400 for 15 min ❤️❤️🍝🍝🍅🍅🤤🤤
My mom had no idea there was zucchini and oats in them but she loved it 🤗

مكونات كرات "اللحم" :
حمص، كوسة مبشور، ثوم، شوفان، ليمون، ملح، فلفل اسود، اوريجانو، ريحان. نخلط كل المكونات في الخلاط شويييية او نقطعهم قطع صغيييرة لين ما تتماسك و نقدر نكون شكل الكرات. طبختهم على نار عالي اول من كل الجهات بعدين ندخلهم في الفرن لمدة ١٥-٢٠ دقيقة.
