- picture 3 : my morning yoga routine. It took me a long time to get into the rhythm... A little yoga every day definitely keeps the doctor away. I do about 15 to 30mn yoga routine every morning... My work makes me either carry heavy cameras around, or stay seated in the same position for long hours when I am editing... The WORST for your back... Forcing myself to do yoga every day has helped my back pains a lot. I am very proud that I was able to put myself into this, and follow this routine. It’s so much easier to wake up and go straight to the kitchen for coffee and bread and butter... 😂👍🏻✌🏼🧘🏼♀️💕
