The idea seems unrealistic to so many people. It’s sad, truly. But I am HERE to tell you….
I’ve gone from insecure disaster who was NOT open and too fearful to ever do anything like this…
To a successful entrepreneur with a top elite team who strives to be fearless in her endeavors, but STILL battles with insecurities (like any human).
The difference is, I tried. I pushed myself. I broke free from self limitations. And I surprised myself!
Because I did, I’ve been able to retired from teaching. Start college funds for our children. Live in our dream home in Florida. Take family dream vacations. Travel more freely. And so much more!!! I do it all from home, filled with excitement, determination, and passion.
I’ll tell you exactly how: it all started with a decision. I said YES. I lead with my passions. I failed forward. I’ve been coaching for almost 4 years and the first half of my time as a coach, I worked part time in small pockets through out my day. An hour here, 15 minutes there. Probably 10-20 hours a week. .
That’s ALL it took to completely transform my life. Finding the time was simple - its just a matter of priority and motivation! And let me tell you - there are MANY reasons to be and STAY motivated!

Goal reached!! A few months ago I challenged myself to try to practise yoga every week and to try to do it everyday of that week too. Now I still struggle with this, because no week is ever the same and hosts its own set of problems, but the biggest problem I've found is self-doubt.
I told myself that poses like the king pigeon was impossible, because I don't go to yoga classes(and I've never been!). I only use social media to learn yoga and sometimes I take pictures to see where I go wrong and how to fix it. But here I am doing what I thought I couldn't and it might not be perfect, but that doesn't matter, because I did it. .
I’ve never been too much into yoga. It seemed too ‘technical’ for me to figure out lol
As kids do, they inspire you (or tell you they don’t think you can do stuff 😂😂) to try new things. That thing lately was standing on my head, which sparked some more interest in yoga. Nothing fancy, but I’m getting better at these inversions! I’m really enjoying it too! It was fun to do it outside in the sunshine today :) ◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️◽️
Completed my yoga work out today. It felt soooooooo relieving and my muscles feel entirely better. First time I have really gotten active since I got sick. I’m taking it slow though. 🔶The bottom pic is a workout/ yoga move I haven’t done before, you just tuck up your lower pelvis and suck in and hold for few counts. I did yoga on YouTube with Psychetruth on Facebook. 🔶 the top is my #Sdac because we need keep hydrated. Shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, chest, core - everything but legs...although they were sneakily worked the whole time believe it or not! I love total body workouts! .

I never saw yoga before I tried it.
What i mean is, i worked at a YMCA where it was offered. I took a yoga class having no ide what the heck yoga was. I remember feeling lost, not understanding the poses, or what the teacher wanted me to do. This was before social media showed us #yogainspo and before studios popped up on every corner.
It took a while to figure out what I should be doing. The other students were advanced. I was intimidated, but I eventually came into my own style.
I found what felt right for me. I gave myself permission to explore.
I was softened.
Today, I choose to be grateful for everything I have. Kind to myself and others. Happy to be alive with a heart full of joy and wonder. Living in the present. Here and now.

BOOM! 💥 Unmögliches wird möglich. 🌊 Damit möchte ich dich heute segnen.
Change can produce the bad feeling in us that we are losing control. Especially if the outcome is completely unforeseeable. And even though we often got to leave some old stuff behind that no longer serves us or that we are no longer supposed to carry, there are exciting blessings and surprises there waiting to be discovered by us on the other side.
In Isaiah 43:19 God says: “Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is! I’m making a road through the desert, rivers in the badlands.”
BOOM! 💥 The impossible IS possible. 🌊 That’s my blessing for you today.

In a moment of #temporaryinsanity I signed up for 2 month long #yoga membership! 😳 I love me some @orangetheory but I hit my 8 classes a month and I don't want to pay for the unlimited membership because it ain't cheap...plus, I told myself it would be good to mix it up 😂 Now I'm kinda freaking out! My first class is Thursday. I'm the least flexible (both literally and figuratively!) And least chill person I know. Am I going to hate it??? What do I need to wear? What should I take with me?
