There are SO MANY great oils to choose from at bedtime. A lot of them help restore balance in our bodies so that we can get the rest we need.
Remember that there is never a wrong answer when selecting an oil. All oils help. But you may find an oil or combination of oils helps your little one (or even youself) more than the others. Next time your putting your little one down, check out this chart to find some good options for your little one!
If you're ready to get started with essential oils, message or email me! I can tell you about my current specials and available kits!! 😀🙌 email@example.com
Day 25 -
I’ve passed the 21 day mark where this is suppose to now be a habit ... I will admit that the 21 day to a habit thing actually does work for me. And that’s what makes it so much harder when things don’t go my way 😏
This week I took a getaway with my family to see family. There was a day my iPad wasn’t getting signal, the next day my iPad died (my fault) and another day well .... who wants to do anything besides maybe yoga after 8 hours of flying with 2 littles .... ✈️😂🍷
Besides learning 21 days to a habit, I’ve also learned its progress OVER perfection .... and never to beat myself up when things don’t go as planned ... because heck I have littles, I should know this by now! +
It’s the LITTLE things that day after day will build CONSISTENCY & PROGRESS. 🌟
Make time to play! 🙌 Acro yoga is a beautiful way to connect, stretch, find balance, develop courage and increase joy! Have you tried partner yoga? 📷 @moderntarzan .

Few truths are absolute. Two people can experience the exact same thing and take totally different things away. Life is an exercise in subjectivity. Just listen to the Laurel/Yanni audio recording and it will blow your mind. What did you hear? Apparently 53% hear Laurel ans 47% heat Yanni. I heard Laurel very clearly while my husband heard Yanni. He could not believe that I heard Laurel and thought it was absurd that I did. I watched a video explaining why different people hear different things so I was more willing to accept his different experience (although no matter how hard I tried I just couldn’t hear Yanni). .
Now think about this. How may wars have been waged because two people (or nations) experienced the same thing and disagreed about what happened. When we experience something as truth we assume that it’s absolute. But our experience is really always subjective. Few truths are absolute and the ones that are absolute don’t belong to the human emotional realm.
With a reasoned mind and an open heart you can learn to accept differing viewpoints and experiences of the same reality, even if those differences stand in sharp contrast with your own. Your mind expands. Your heart softens. This is yoga.
Our truth does not live in a vacuum, nor is it an excuse for harmful behavior. The tighter we hold on to our truth, the more stiff our minds become. My teacher often said, “body is not stiff, mind is stiff.” And I experience that statement as true. Sometimes the most stuck thing is the mind. Sometimes the deepest yoga happens when you learn to stretch your mind. But one thing is clear—we all need to keep practicing.
Come practice with me and Tim this weekend in Copenhagen @yogamudracopenhagen 🙏

i’m in control I know it’s true
flowing like the waves of the ocean blue
slow but steady every subtle movement moves
with mindful movement I won’t lose
breathing into discomfort
because that’s how I’ll grow
fighting for myself
so I forget the feeling of feeling low .

🤔New name, WHO DIS?!
I changed my name & didn’t really have time to say why & honestly wasn’t even sure anyone would actually notice. But long story short, like your credit card payments, I’m consolidating! Plus, a few people did notice & weren’t sure it was actually me! I figure now is a good time to outro the old ig & intro this one. The other IGs will be closed or private. Now that’s out of the way, here’s my entry to #fridayintroductions
First off, despite my bad #RBF I’m not a serious stoic person. I like bad jokes & good ones. But I just like laughing, especially with other people. I love sharing a meal just as much as a roll-on-the-floor-can’t-breathe-laugh.
So what is the letter chelle?
It was my instagram for my lettering work. But it’s still me: a yoga teacher, who loves coffee & food, raising my daughter & working my “9-5” job. Lettering & yoga isn’t my 9-5, but wouldn’t that be great if it was? I think so too. So I’m just on a little path to get there & you’ll see it here on this one instagram page.
If lettering & yoga isn’t your job, well what do I do?
I run a residential painting business @bulmanpainting with my very significant other. We do almost everything ourselves. I don’t paint but occasionally he does. I am taking inquiries for Custom work & working on a lettering workshop. I hope to plan some mini events for yoga, yoga & lettering, among other things and those things will happen. (I made a little promise to myself to do more of what I love)
I am a mom if you couldn’t tell by the little human in the picture.
Being a mom is one of the best things that ever happened to me! But I’m thinking that one is enough. At least for now. Toddlers are very entertaining but having more than one child would be like watching a comedy, a thriller, & frozen all at once while running & doing the macarena really well. I’m sure moms with more than one can attest to this. It’s also why moms like lots of that mommy juice at night 🍷
🧘🏻♀️ Come take a yoga class from me if you are ever in Ocean Beach, CA. By the way that’s where we live!
So now you know a bit about me, tell me something about you!
