Normally I practice on my own in a park during my lunch hour. Lately there’s been a lot of interest from my colleagues and somehow now I am teaching 4 of them with numbers growing 😅..... is the Universe trying to tell me something? 🤔
For day 2 of #thefullinversion we will be working shoulder / scapula strength. Straight arm strength is essential to be able to hold a handstand. Why cause in handstand your arms are straight 😝. Drill 1 - hold a block or something that is shoulder width at the three angles demonstrated for 30 seconds at each place for two sets 🙌.
Make sure you pushing your block as far as possible keeping your core engaged 💪
Drill 2 - scapula push ups keep your body in hollow body shape keep your arms as straight as possible and raise and lower your chest 10 times for three sets 🙌
Drill 3 - Arm pumps keep your arms as straight up as possible. No football posts keep ARMS Straight. Then pump it front to back for a minute. Keep your core engaged don’t allow for your back to bend 👌

Treatment of Agni
In digestive disease, agni may have to be strengthened, diminished or simply stabilized. Increasing agni improves digestion and rids the body of ama. Decreasing agni can be helpful in burning indigestion and ulcers. There are many herbs from around the world that the Ayurvedic Specialist can choose from. Traditionally, herbs can increase agni are called Dipanas and include Chitrak, Clove, Asafetida and the Ayurvedic formula Trikatu which contains two types of pepper and ginger. These herbs are particularly effective which agni is low as in diseases of Kapha nature. In this way they diminish nausea and heaviness after eating. In addition, they alleviate gas produced by weak digestion. Other herbs have a stabilizing effect on agni via their effect upon samana vayu. They can also increase agni without aggravating pitta in the process. These include cumin, coriander and fennel. They improve digestion without any risk of causing the burning symptoms of gastritis. When burning indigestion is dominant and the agni is high, bitter herbs are used which lower agni such as dandelion or gentian as well as the Ayurvedic herb Kutki. Dnes sme si dobre zamakali takto v pánskom zložení. Niekedy sa stretávam s tým, že chalani sa ostýchajú prísť na lekciu power jogy, lebo si myslia, že je to len pre baby, lebo sú stuhnutí, lebo je to len ľahké predýchanie sa, ľahké naťahovanie, no až do chvíle, keď si to reálne nevyskúšajú. Myslím, že táto partička chalanov to môže len potvrdiť 🙂👍💪
