Everyday you surprised me with your generosity and commitment towards your students and the lifestyle 💕 I’ve learned through you in these three days to be a Yogi who can make social and environmental changes. Yum!! I love it when health food feels like desert! Acai's dark purple color makes it a perfect crown chakra food. It's also low in sugar and packed with essential fatty acids and bioflavenoids. Excellent for brain function and circulatory system!!
Why am I so vulnerable
What is happening inside my head...
I don't really know. It's a mess now.
Sometimes I don't mind it.
I feel like I need the sense of feeling safe.
The sense of good energy.
The sense of a light touch and nothing else.
It's so therapeutic.

The hot husband ( that’s his new name) told me today “ohhhhh you are such a yogi” and to that I said THANK YOU! Yoga is not just about the asana we do on our mats everyday. There are many limbs of yoga and thats where the real yoga begins. I spend a lot of time exploring the 2nd limb of yoga which are called the Niyamas, especially Santosha. This is the observance of contentment. So I daily try to practice gratitude and honor what I have. *SIMPLE GUIDE TO CHAKRAS
I often hear about chakras in yoga class, but I never knew much about them until I recently researched them further. Chakras are the main distributors and receptors of life-energy, or prana, in the body. Each of the 7 chakras govern a different physical, mental, and spiritual aspect of our being, and is represented by a unique color of the rainbow. If one chakra is malfunctioning, it affects all the others, and disrupts your emotional and physical balance. If you want a quick and easy way to feed a chakra that feels out of balance, simply close your eyes and visualize colored light (the color of that particular chakra) pouring into that chakra's body part. Here is a simple guide to the 7 chakras, which includes their colors, their locations on the body, and what they represent
Crown Chakra (violet): Just above top of head. Integration, coherence, sense of belonging, spiritual ease
Brow Chakra (indigo): Center of forehead. Sight, comprehension, sense of perspective, vision, intuition
Throat Chakra (light blue): Base of throat. Communication, expression, energy exchange, peace, understanding
Heart Chakra (green): Center of chest. Relationships, balance, space, growth, love, affinity, calmness
Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow): Between navel and diaphragm. Personal power, control, understanding, digestion, sustenance, integrity, confidence
Sacral Chakra (orange): Below navel. Creativity, exploration, sensation, pleasure, sensuality, flow, repair, enjoyment
Root Chakra (red): Energy, motivation, groundedness, practicality, survival needs, connection to the Earth --
