Why can’t we just be HAPPY without any “but’s” and “if’s”? Aren’t we paying attention to what judgement, division, segregation, intolerance, is doing to our world?

1- Million of People worldwide 🌎 watched to celebrate 🎉 and witness❤️. LOVE and HAPPINESS was being felt around the world simultaneously.
2- The underliying theme of LOVE, UNITY, INCLUSION, PRIDE OF YOUR HERITAGE. .
I’m a Latin Woman married to a White American. My son is BIRACIAL. I was blessed to be part of a family that embraced me and accepted me from the moment they met me. .
I’ve taught my son to be proud of who he is and I pray he is shown the same kindness from the family of woman he choses to marry one day.
3- Respecting tradition and protocols while at the same time creating their own traditions and making THEIR WEDDING DAY... THEIR WEDDING DAY 💜
Bridging British and American customs and breaking the mold in so many ways. .
4- SIMPLICITY AND BEAUTY. Her dress, make up and hair was exactly what she wanted. 💜 It’s her wedding day and she deserved to look how she wanted to look. Why do people feel the need to criticize her looks instead of celebrating her happiness? Aren’t we pass shaming how people look?
The way we look and where we come from should NOT DEFINE US. OUR ACTIONS DO! .
5- People are talking about the Millions spent... The family paid for the wedding. She paid for her dress. Tax payers paid for security. YES. HOWEVER, it has been reported that over 150 million were received from tourism, sales of souvenirs, etc. Many charities have benefited by the request of the Royal couple to give donations to those charities instead of gifts.
6- Many young girls have been inspired and shown a positive role model... A woman that stands up for her beliefs, for her ancestry and is not embarrassed of where she comes from. Someone that is caring, polite, and inclusive. That’s showing that we can all make a difference in our own unique way. 🙏🏻My prayer is that OUR CHILDREN get to live in a 🌎 that is more INCLUSIVE, LOVING AND INCLUSIVE. We must start leading by example.
Day 1 of #EarthyYogis#mountainpose . I love nature and spend as much time as I can today. Nothing better than feeling one with nature. I would have liked to have gone hiking today (which we usually do on Sundays) but my body needed to rest after attending a yoga festival yesterday and taking 5 yoga classes. .

This challenge is an earthy yoga challenge with the focus of changing our own lifestyles in order to be a little more environmentally conscious and do good for the world.
Each day there will be a pose and a challenge to go with it to show different ways of living more environmentally friendly. 🌏 .

1. ⛰Mountain pose - Get outside and appreciating the nature around you💗✔️
2.🌳Tree pose - try cook or buy a vegan meal (and find some recipes you can use often😋)
3.🐷Any animal pose - Try eat completely vegan today (or do your best to eat mostly vegan meals)
4.🐠Fish pose - Pick up plastic to keep it away from the ocean!
5.🚘Runners lunge - no car (as little as possible)/use public transport
6.♻️Wheel pose - recycle everything you can
7.🧘♀️Lotus pose/meditation seat - produce as little waste as possible
8.🥊Warrior (1, 2, or 3) - Donate or share your favorite charity
9.😇Goddess pose - look into ethical brands and stores (maybe there are some local ones?)
10.🤸🏽♀️Yoga Flow - Incorporate what you can into your daily life - what will you take away with you?
Life is so good. Even when it’s not - when it’s reallllly fucking not & shit hits the fan.
I’ve been trying something new - a shift in my mindset.
I used to get caught up when things came my way that were shitty, uncomfortable or not what I pictured. I used to take myself down a rabbit hole of how I wasn’t good enough, how I should try harder, how nothing is working or going my way, etc. I was putting too much attention on what wasn’t going well in my life.
Now, when things come my way that are complete opposite of what I am trying to invite in, I am taking it as a sign. A sign of what IS meant to be - a mindset shift of what IS working or going well, in the here and now.
I am constantly supported by my friends & family - which I am beyond grateful for - I am now supporting & believing in myself.
A small shift that has been making a HUGE difference.
I feel so much happier. Blissful & at peace.
I am truly trusting in what is & in what is yet to come my way. .

Yoga gains! I've been doing yoga about 3x a week for the past couple of months and I'm really starting to notice a difference! I'm more flexible, getting into poses is easier, I can go deeper in the poses, and hold them longer!
Not only that but mentally I've made gains too! I feel like yoga has made me so much more in tune with my body, I'm much more mindful about what I'm eating and how I'm treating it. I cope with stress a lot better, I sleep more restfully at night, I'm just so much more aware of myself than I used to be.
I've lost about 15 pounds in the last two months! I'm sure a lot of it was water weight and just due to better digestion - I only eat meat about 1-2x a week and it has made a world of difference for me. Nothing against eating meat, I've been doing it the last 25 years! But I started noticed a lot of digestion issues, cramping, bloating, acne and just overall feeling sluggish, run down and yucky. I've switched up my diet and I feel so. much. better!
I hope to get to class (LOVE the studio I've been going to) or do yoga at home even more, I'm aiming 4-5 times a week!
(Español abajo) I just spent the best morning with the best team taking yoga pictures together. The rain didn’t stopped us. It made us laugh more, have more fun and get creative by finding different locations that the one we wanted. We had few incidents, like my bump in my head, and that was all part of the fun!! Can’t wait to see the photos. Thanks to @ottoguaroa @cesarmiesesphotography @maddsaal and my hubby @sebram who is next to me in all my projects. I love you team! You are the best! 😍 📷

Pasé una mañana espectacular tomando fotos de yoga hoy con el mejor equipo y amigos! La lluvia no nos impidió nada. Nos hizo reírnos más, divertirnos más y volvernos creativos de buscar otros espacios al que teníamos pensado. Caída, golpe en la cabeza, y no se que mas pero pasamos muy bueno! Con ganas de ver las fotossss 😁😁 gracias a @ottoguaroa @cesarmiesesphotography @maddsaal y mi esposo @sebram que me apoya y acompaña en todo! 😍 los amo equipo!!
