DAY 9: “Water”
Water. The essential life force of all living mammals. Approximately 71% of the Earth is made up of water. That’s a whole lot of H2O! 💧
I’ve always loved playing and swimming in water as well. 🧜🏻♀️💦🌊
Alongside fairies, mermaids are one of my most favourite folklore creatures. I think it’s because I’ve always enjoyed swimming and used to do a lot of it as a child (squad-training), and I’ve always liked the idea of being able to be a mermaid. Still to this day, if someone has a pool at their home, or at a hotel, I am the first to jump in! 💦
The human body is made up of at least 50% water, and we must replenish our supply daily to ensure we don’t dehydrate. Drinking plenty of water has so many benefits to us, it’s important to not take it for granted and to drink up! 💧💧💧
I took this beautiful photo over the weekend, when I was visiting Wyaralong Dam with @mattscott90 . 🏞💕 It was so lovely and serene there, and more beautiful than I anticipated! Can’t wait to return again one day soon. ✨🏞✨
What an end to a fantastic 2018 Qld Schoolboy Rowing season 👏🏻🎉🌟.
Congratulations to TSS for winning the First VIII and to Nudgee College for winning the overall Head of the River Regatta. Well done to every single rower who competed today and throughout the season. No matter where you placed today, you are part of Qld rowing history.
Thank you to each of the Directors of Rowing, all the coaches, coordinators and administrators and most importantly all the parents and supporters for the wonderful support you give these fine young men throughout the season. What a great sport we are all involved in! Enjoy the celebrations tonight 🎉🌟🎉
