5 months calling this backpack home.
It’s not always easy.
You are going to get tired of packing, showering in dirty toilets, drunk people who have no limits. Not understanding the language and having a hard time communicating. Getting served something that you didn’t order. Shitty ass buses with three times more people they actually fit. Asking and answering the same questions hundreds of times. Changing money and dealing with different currencies every few weeks. Researching about visas requirement and even so having trouble. Getting lost. Missing been able to just have a lazy day at home, in sweat pants, with TV and popcorn. Your family. Your friends.
But it’s going to be worth it.
The sunsets, the breathtaking views from a city you never been before. The roads. Not knowing which day of the week it is. The kindness of local people getting out of their way to help you. Learning how to say thank you in thousand different languages. The growing, the thinking, the healing, the feeling you are own your own and that is ok.
And the most important, the family you going to create all over the world. Oh, those are keepers. I’m never letting them go.♥️

Built by the Greeks, taken by the Romans, and owned by the Ottomans, Izmir always celebrates their existence by inviting everybody to dance and play music all around the city.
- No wonder you will find music shops everywhere!
- to all of you who follow our journey
who celebrate each moment with us, far away or close
who believe that it's still possible to save the world
beginning by changing ourselves
who share our history,
believe in love and spread light around the world
who give us strength and keep us moving..
we love you💙

Some people might think that travelling means been happy. It doesn’t.
Happiness is within us, and we cannot travel to it, buy or consume it.
The happiness you say you see in my pictures exists because I found the life that makes me happy. But this life doesn’t mean happiness to everyone. For you, happiness can be found staying home cooking for your family or in the office after a hard day having that feeling of mission accomplished.
There is no role mode for a perfect life, only the search to figure out what kind of life brings out the happiness within you. ✨
Budapest can be called the world’s melting pot of Architectural styles. From Roman amphitheaters and Gothic-styled cathedrals to traditional Turkish baths.
For a history and architecture buff like me, how can't you love this city.
Working as a guide and living a life of travel can be pretty exhausting. Physically, mentally and on your relationships.
I've been noticing this more and more as years go on. I'll occasionally find myself in a pretty dark place.
But there's a few things that are very important to keeping your mind in a good state.
Eating well, meditating, talking to people who care when it's needed and personally, my biggest vice, sports and fitness.
LIiving out of a bag and moving from hostel to hostel can make it pretty hard to keep on top of these things.
Many people don't have the time or money for a gym membership or psychologist, I don't see this as a valid excuse.
If you can't get your daily fix of your chosen activity, you can always keep both mind and body in shape with some simple 20 minute body weight & resistance band training in your room.
This has the power to not only keep your body in shape but also stop you losing it when feeling the strain of instability. And of course, you could always post a topless selfie on Instagram as if it makes any difference.
