2⚡️ I have 2 little boys Axel and Oscar aged almost 3 and 1. They are my world 🌏
3⚡️Ive been married to Matt for 4 years, he is my best friend, lover and biggest support. He drives me nuts some days but I know I drive him nuts too❤️
4⚡️ I am an Occupational Therapist! I work 2 days a week doing this. I love helping people reach their goals and maintain safe, happy and healthy lives. The other days I work from home on my online biz and do this around my boys and lifestyle. ☀️🧘🏼♀️🛍📱
5⚡️ my passion is heath and wellness and keeping fit and healthy. I love eating clean and have the occasional treat/cheat to keep the balance and not deprive myself ☺️ I love sharing what I learn and inspire others to be healthier happier versions of themselves 💖
6⚡️I love making macrame wall hangings. I did a workshop a couple of years ago and became addicted.
7⚡️I have a new found interest in crystals. I believe in their healing powers and have just started my collection with amethyst, citrine and fluorite ✨🙌🏻🔮
8⚡️I have a 4 year old black groodle dog called Lulu. She has epilepsy so needs extra love and attention. She is beautiful 🐾
9 ⚡️I haven’t travelled too far yet however my fav places are the San Fran, Vegas, NYC and Hawaii. Been to Hawaii 3 times 🏝
10⚡️I used to play the piano and did it as a subject for I the HSC many years ago. Back in high school me and my friends has a garage band and I played bass guitar. Our biggest hit was “you’re nothing to me unless your 18+” 🤣🎸

Pineapple, peach, acerola cherry, orange, cranberry, papaya, carrot, cabbage, kale, broccoli, beet, tomato, parsley and spinach all before 8am.
These are part of the biggest children’s health study that are showing some amazing results. Definitely peace of mind knowing my kids are benefiting each day and they just think they are getting a yummy treat 💪🏻
Oscar is still recovering from conjunctivitis so I thought I would give him one of my plant based omegas as I know they are great for eye health. Well he smashed it and wanted more lol, such a yummy flavour! No fishy after taste for him (plus I wouldn’t feed my child a fish oil anyway) 😃
