As the weekend is approaching this is the time that Health/fitness goals go out the window. We get together to eat, drink, and socialize yet this doesn't have to be a reason to go off track. Learn to say "NO"! The peer pressure from adults 🤦🏽‍♂️😏 can be overwhelming for some and causes them to cave and make poor choices 🍕🌭🍻🍷! These poor choices on the weekend can be compounded with the week of random poor choices that many people make daily. Don't give in! It's ok to say "NO", I will not have a drink, I will not eat that, I will not stay out late and skip my workout tomorrow. "NO"! Take responsibility for your goals and not give in to Adult peer pressure!

Take these exact action steps for the next 3 weeks, and report back to me:

1) Download the 'Myfitnesspal' app & set it up with your details for fat loss

2) Use their suggested calories, but up your protein to 0.8 -1.2 grams per pound of body weight .

3) Split the carbs and fat however you want- but get at least 0.4 grams of fat per pound of body weight .
.
4) Eat whole, nutritious foods, with lots of vegetables, for 80% of your meals .
.
5) Drink one litre of water per 25kg of bodyweight
.
6) Use your phone to track steps- aim for over 5000 a day (10,000 is better)
.
That's it.

Do that.
.
If you want then you can add a full body weight training session 2-3 times a week. .
.
But for real, you want to drop some bodyfat?

Do that for 3 weeks, and monitor your progress.

I'm sure you may have heard the saying that abs are made in the kitchen.

🤔So basically what you put into your body is so important, not only exercise.  You can workout until you're blue in the face,  but if your nutrition isn't right you won't see the results that you want.

💯I've been on that hamster wheel before.  Workout out to eat and to burn off all of the calories that I ate and getting minimal results.
.
❔Want to see a real change?  Change daily routines and habits.  Prep your food so that you are prepared when faced with long days or poor nutrition choices.  Find foods that you enjoy that also are rich in nutrients and high in fiber.  Don't forget your protein and fat.  Carbs also but look for complex carbs like quinoa or sweet potatoes instead of chips and candy.

No agachamento livre houve um recrutamento 34%, 26% e 49% maior nas musculaturas do gastrocnêmico (parte de cima da panturrilha), bíceps femoral (posterior de coxa) e vasto medial (parte interna do quadríceps). Todas as demais musculaturas não apresentaram diferenças (vasto lateral, tibial anterior, reto abdominal e paravertebrais). Quais são as implicações práticas disso? .

Progress is going great, and them bam, no drop in bodyfat for a few weeks, or the weights in the gym just stop going up.

Our body has realised what we're doing, and it's throwing a tantrum, keeping hold of the fat it enjoys carrying around so much.

Don't beat yourself up for not having a perfect chart of progression.

1⃣ توقعات منطقی و معقول برای خود در نظر بگیرید برای خود و انتظاراتی که دارید به صورت معقول باشد تا دلسرد و سرخورده نشوید
