Boxtraining das perfekte Training für fast Jedermann.

Ich möchte Euch den Einstieg in das Boxen so leicht wie möglich machen.

Ihr braucht also keinerlei Berührungsängste oder Sorgen haben, die man als „Neuer“ so haben kann.  Und keine Angst, Ihr müsst nicht gleich in den Ring! Der sportliche Kampf kommt erst viel später und ist somit Freiwillig.

Wie Läuft das Training ab:
Auf dem Trainingsplan findet sich zuerst Das Aufwärmen. Gymnastik, Ballspiele, Laufen, Springen... und dann geht es direkt ins eigentliche Training. 
Ich werde Euch Schritt für Schritt verschiedene Basics zeigen. Partnerübungen Pratzen Arbeit oder auch am Sandsack wo man sich richtig auspowern kann. Jeder wie er es schafft.

Was profitiert man vom Boxtraining weil es alle Grundfähigkeiten genauso steigert wie dann auch Reaktionsfähigkeit, Konzentration und Disziplin. Man lernt nicht nur, seine Kraft gezielt einzusetzen, sondern auch, sie gezielt nicht einzusetzen.

Die überschüssigen Energien werden in die richtigen Bahnen gelenkt. Boxen ist einfach anzusehen, das Training hingegen eine komplexe Sache für Geist und Körper.
Praktisch jeder Muskel wird beim Training beansprucht und trainiert. Ausdauer und Fitness werden extrem verbessert und die Konzentration geschärft. Boxen macht stark, selbstbewusst und fit.“ Man bekommt ein Gefühl für Koordination und stärkt gleichzeitig sein eigenes Selbstbewusstsein.
Wir sehen Boxen in erster Linie als höchst effektive Sportart an um Geist und Körper zu trainieren.

Viele werden sofort mit dem Virus Boxen infiziert und sind nach nicht einmal einem Jahr richtig gute Boxer.

I was in a major funk last week and had to drag myself to the gym. You can see it on my face how shitty my mood was. Over the weekend I had a good cry, talked with a few people who mean the most to me and decided that i didnt have room for self pity and doubt and it was important to start looking for all the good stuff in life again. In the last 2 pics you can def see that my light came back and Im in a much better headspace, I actually couldnt wait to get to the gym today!! Well, full week of eating, really, since this is what I’m having through Friday! I bit the bullet & purchased a macro plan from IIFYM & I’m giving it a try. I haven’t been seeing the results I wanted over the last few weeks & diet is always the culprit. Right now, the totals come to:

185g carbs | 70g fats | 135g proteins

Which is 1,910 calories & still a solid deficit for me. Europe is in exactly 6 weeks so we’ll see what happens between this, @barrysbootcamp, @cyclebarculvercity, & @jwmfitness!
