For the past few weeks, I've been following my doctor's advice and only working out legs, cardio, and abs while I give my shoulder time to heal from a mild injury. Thankfully, I haven't really lost much of my pre-injury gains. 😁

I swear @brandon_muscleworks is a wizard! 🧙♂️ This is the a before and after of a 1hr session with him! The amount of blood he is able to release into the muscle is unreal, and it feels like you have the best pump of your life without even touching a weight! Invest in YOUR health!!!! If you have any kind of pain, impingement, or just want to feel better don’t live with it let him fix it for you!!!
This is my favorite workout machine. Although “machine” is a relative term because all it is is a rope looped around a bar two or three times, and you just keep pulling until your arms fall off. Much better than climbing up and down a rope where you risk a 30-40 foot drop. I did three sets of pulling this rope around and my arms were ready to fall off.
