Hit back and shoulders tonight with @philduranfit I’m so not used to training after 9 anymore, my body was shot even with pre workout in me. Not my day. Not my best lift. Thankfully @philduranfit pushed me till It was over. Sometimes you need someone there to help remind you that you can do It. Got some of my favorite exercises from tonight on video for ya
