När ni köper en kokbok, hur många recept brukar ni då gilla i den och återkomma till?
Jag har igenom åren köpt på mej ett antal kokböcker, och blir lika förundrad varje gång när jag max hittar 4,5 st som jag gillar😬😁
Men nu när jag gör min egna kok/bak bok kommer den att va full av recept som jag själv älskar😍🙌🏼🍽

I have had a night out where I shouted, drank, and laughed. The following morning I taught a tiny bit of Bodyattack without a mic and in dehydration mode.

Amazing thing..... I have not lost my voice!!! This sort of thing would have broken my voice in an instant before. The tiniest bump on my vocal chords had a massive impact on daily life. Now I don’t have the problem, what an amazing thing. 😬👏🏻
