I spotted this piece of wood amongst a bunch of logs getting ready to be chopped up for firewood. So i thought it was too beautiful and had lots of potential given a second chance.
Much like the rest of us eh ?? I asked the nice lady if maybe I could have it.
She thought I was nuts but happily let it go so long as I showed her my plans for it.
Did I make the right decision ? By the way Wes always looks a bit pissed off and makes no apologies Ever #natureprovides 🍃🍃 #rescueadog
The afternoon saw this Elm table complete. In the end Seven Oak bows, hazel wood dowels, oak cross supports on wild rose legs. Burnished with a hard bristle brush to define the grain and celestial-like burl. The detail in the wood is nature’s art, it’s quite something.
Unique table made of solid maple wood and a real train wheel!
Dimensions: 275 cm length, 103 cm width, 86 cm height

Have you recently felt that your life has reached a new low? If so, my friend, I welcome you. I just spent 15 minutes entering and sending my personal information 11 times to compete in a chocolate pudding raffle, in the vague hope (not even...) to win a diamond ring. You are likely, and rightfully so, asking yourself: what the fuck? And I have no answer. The absurd promise of winning a ring from chocolate pudding made even considering digging all the empty cups out of the trash — yes, I did that. But, in my defence, I’m a committed recycler so I didn’t have to go through half-fermented dinner left overs — imbecilic. Adding insult to misery, the week it took me to eat all those puddings was apparently enough for the cups to start to rot — regardless of my sorting — and spread a garbage can-in-the-summer stench in my kitchen. Needless to say, I did not win a diamond ring. But I did get a pity voucher for a printable photo book, or something like that.
I conclude that — even at the overwhelming odds that come with 11 codes from 11 chocolate puddings — it is not worth to trade my time and data for the promise to win a raffle. Even when the price is a diamond ring that I have no use for and that probably has a retail value of 30 bucks at best. I also conclude that chocolate pudding is delicious. And if you can somehow deduce — culturally, historically, scientifically — the relationship between pudding and diamond rings, please enlighten me. Have a nice day. #onehardknocklife#berlin#chocolatepudding#chocolate#pudding#sadness#disappointed#failure#wasteoftime#lifeisgood#raffle#filter#stochastic#art#thecupisempty#woodentable#plasticwaste#whydididothis
