Happy Earth Day! It wasn’t until I got out of my comfort zone and explored mountains that I started to feel alive. Thanks to our earth I’ve found a new home that’s beyond the structure of plastered walls. Let’s keep her clean and safe so that future generations can enjoy her beauty. 📷 @anarvz #earthday#travel#aspen#womenwhoexplore

Hanami (cherry blossom viewing) in Japan often involves a picnic to enjoy cherry blossoms as well as food and drinks. People do this with friends, family and work colleagues! They all sit down for a long picnic and just have a relaxing time. Eating, drinking and sharing jokes whilst surrounded by cherry blossom 🌸 in varying shades of white, pink and red is definitely my #picnicgoal !
A love letter to Earth~ “When we accept our own wild beauty, it is put into perspective, and we are no longer poignantly aware of it anymore, but neither would we forsake it or disclaim it either. Does a wolf know how beautiful she is when she sleeps? Does a feline know what beautiful shapes she makes when she sits? Is a bird awed by the sound it hears when it snaps open its wings? Learning from them, we just act in our own true way and do not draw back from or hide our natural beauty. Like the creatures, we just are, and it is right.” Earth, you are beautiful, and I’ve never felt more beautiful than I do with you
Feel the Earth under your feet
What’s your relationship to the Earth?
I tend to have a loss for words when it comes to my connection with the Earth. I stand awestruck at the infinite skies and the wind often moves me to tears with it’s gentle beauty. Nature has listened to my deepest desires and soothed my soul when I’ve needed it the most
This is the tallest sand dune in North America, getting to the top of this sand dune required a lot of determination. I finished the climb to the top with some strangers because all of our travel partners had stopped along the way
Everyone is significant to your journey to the top of the mountain.
Together, we are stronger.
This Earth is magnificent, and I want to see every grain of sand I can.
