This is probably my favourite casserole. It is easy to put together and can be prepped the day before and is super versatile and tasty! Original recipe the Sweet Potato Quinoa Bake from @superhealthykids. I used broccoli in place of sweet potato this time and skip the seasoning salt the pesto is all it needs! Around the age of 2 children don’t always like combined foods. I separated the pieces out so the little boys could identify the pieces. You can also help to point out what the pieces of the casserole without pressuring them to eat it. Soleil, repos et biscuits sans PLV !
Je débute une éviction test des PLV, je suis encore un peu perdue, normal pour une pâtissière non ? Mais je suis sûre que je vais trouver des alternatives sympa et j'ai reçu des témoignages rassurants!
Déjà cet essai de biscuit sans PLV, m'a confirmé que mes goûters resteront gourmands !
So who knew taking a picture of my weekly food shop would be so difficult 🤦🏻♀️🤣 I gave up after 10 mins as how am I really supposed to showcase all of this without a degree in organisation?! 🙄 ANYWAY this is my weekly shop for us 5. You’ll have to zoom into see the fridge but what we have here is food for 4-5 meals consisting of: •Pie, Sage Mash and Veg
•Stuffed Peppers, Rice and Herby Wedges
•Stuffed Mushrooms, Herby Potatoes, salad and Roasted Peppers •Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce •Roasted Veg Lasagne
I also have some snacks @mcvitiesofficial choc chip hobnobs are #accidentallyvegan YESSS and ironically most bacon crisps are vegan too 🙃
I’ve recently switched to Sainsbury’s deliveries and their almond milk is only £1! Compared to the @alpro one which is £1.80, that’s a very welcome saving 🌈
I LOVE the @merchantgourmet lentils as they cut my pie cooking time in half #winning
If you need a decent dairy free spread try @vitalite as it’s always £1 and tastes ridiculously authentic and VERY yum ✨
And last but not least I’ve got to shout out my FAVOURITE tofu from @tofooco 🙌🏽 I use this to make my vegan bacon bagels which are currently what I am craving 🤰🏻
