Do you struggle to get your littles to eat more veggies?
My suggestions are always based on simplicity, visibility and color!
Fresh food in its original form. My kids still like their veggies softened a bit which is a great way to use your frozen foods when thawed!
Would it be valuable to you if there was an easy how to program to feed your littles more of the nutrients they need without a fight?
Just taking a poll! 🙋🏻♀️ ❤️ YES
🤷🏻♀️ 😳 DUNNO
🙅🏻♀️ 🙄 NOT NEEDED
I’m thinking 🤔 it would be appropriately named: TINY SPROUTS 🌱
Wrapped up this busy Monday with a glorious bowl of red onion, summer squash, red bell pepper, zucchini, roasted in balsamic vinegar and spices served alongside steamed sweet potatoes; all topped with fresh cilantro and nooch and enjoyed with a glass of Pinot Noir. Perfect summer din din!
Another great Engine 2 meal! This is called Beet-Orange supper bowl. I modified a bit with what I had but the basis is greens, beets, red onion, brown rice and an orange. I added some edamame because I needed to use them up. There is only 1/2 cup of rice and about 3 cups of mixed greens. Fresh Thyme is listed but I only had dried. A sprinkle of cracked pepper and that was all that was needed. No dressing. No salt and it was still delicious. It was very fresh tasting for sure. Good stuff!
Saw this today in social media elsewhere and love it. So true, isn’t it? Especially true in regards to eating a #WFPBNO#vegan diet. I am thankful for those who led me to the knowledge and also thankful that I began to think (and learn and change and cook and...). 😊 The animals, the earth, and my body/health are all so much better now that I know what I know. 🌏 🌱

Yummy brown rice bowl with carrots, hanna yam, edamame, mango, cucumber, purple cabbage, and red onion. Garlic sesame infused balsamic vinegar on top from #bemaandpas . Delicious and the perfect meal after a hike and seeing beautiful birds and other wildlife with my UWL friends. Great day!#vegan#ricebowl#uwl#wfpbno
My mom made me this simple Stir Fry when there appeared to be nothing to eat.
This one had diced mushrooms, squash, zucchini, and onions cooked in soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce and was delicious!
If you have some veggies, some sauce or spices, and an idea of what flavors you crave, you can turn simple ingredients into wonderful, compassionate creations.
Using your imagination is one of the best aspects of cooking because there are no recipes or rules to follow. I call it Intuitive Cooking because if you listen to your body, it will tell you what it needs.
Compassion is cool!!
