Cheers! I’ve been on a deficit for about a month now and been getting leaner while losing body fat... probably even a bit of muscle😒. But now that summer is around the corner it’s time to step it up a notch and put some weight back on. Then lean out more, while keeping my macros the same. Time to put in some #work !

Running is good for my soul!
I’ve been lifting and doing minimal “cardio”- my heart rate gets up big time with this weight lifting program because it’s very uniquely designed- so I am LOVING running a little here and there again.
Asthma held me back all last year so I really missed this!!!
I NEVER EVER EVER thought I’d be a “runner.” Truth be told I’m not very fast. My fastest ever was an 8.04 per mile average in a 5k I did a few years ago. Today was 10.38. I just love how it makes me feel!!
