Workout complete! These last few days have been good!
I’ve been feeling pretty gross and eating whole 30 has really opened my eyes to my overall feeling of well being when I eat “clean”. Also this weight feels so bad on my body. I’m noticeably out of breath just walking which is alarming to me and a great internal deterrent of “totally not worth this feeling” if I’m tempted by something.
Also I look noticeably older and my face is all broken out and puffy. I have about a million reasons to get this right, right now. Hope you all have a lovely loooong weekend! ❤️

I dont hate it. I like it. I dont hate my body. I like it.
Do I feel pressure from society to hate myself because I am fat? Yes. And at times i have internalized that feeling and hated myslef.
For the past 8 years i have been working on loving myself including my body. During that process i use to hate anyone and everything that talked about weightloss or celebrated getting smaller. I blocked friends on social media and got annoyed with people who acted like fitness was the goal when clearly they had fat phobia.
Today i am different. It is okay to want to change your body. Whatever journey someone is on is deeply personal to them. It bums me out sometimes to see people on weightloss journeys showing before photos of themselves and saying how much they hate their body - that they are disgusted with how they were. But you know what that was their journey and this is mine.
I'm gonna just keep loving myself no matter how i look in photos.
Keto chicken tenders. Another yummy recipe from the Keto Made Easy cookbook by @keto.connect. The crust is made out of a mixture of pork rinds and spices.
Served with mashed cauliflower, @ghughessugarfree bbq sauce and a hard boiled egg. The cauli mash is the Birds Eye brand and is found in the freezer section. It's by far my favorite brand- it taste just as good as homemade, but is much easier to make. Just heat and serve. 👌
I used the pork panko from @baconsheir. They reached out to me and sent me a box of their yummy pork clouds and panko. It was perfect for this recipe! The pork clouds are delicious, too! 😋
I lost track of time before work tonight so I looked in the fridge and grabbed the first few things I saw to create this:
Crab cake (I ate half) 4 SP
Dressing 1 SP
Feta 1 SP
Hummus 2 SP
Lettuce & cucs 0 SP
Light and healthy, exactly what I needed 😊
